In a statement which was released on Twitter by the Reportera News Nigeria on 12 June 2023.

“The management of Reportera Media Resources, owners of Reportera News Nigeria has watched with dismay the many occurrences in Nigeria within the last few months, especially the activities prior, during, and after the presidential elections, and it has come to a point that we take a definitive stand in the scheme of things as a media house that preaches and advocates for the tenets of democracy.

Reportera News Nigeria was part of the accredited local observers of the 2023 presidential election and our reporters and agents where spread across various parts of the country to get a first hand incident report on the electioneering process. The eventual outcome of the election was a shocker to us and other reputable media houses locally and internationally as INEC went against its own laws, despite overwhelming evidence showing that the election was flawed, to declare the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner of the election and was subsequently sworn in as Nigeria’s president on the 29th May 2023.

We are an organization with integrity and we will be doing ourselves and Nigerians a great disservice if we don’t tell the truth and the truth is very clear; Ahmed Bola Tinubu did not win the 2023 presidential election thus it will be an aberration of the constitution to address him as the president and Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Therefore, whilst the INEC declared president, Mr Tinubu occupies this exalted position in the mean time, we shall accord every respect due the office of the president but shall refrain from addressing him as ‘President Tinubu’, not until the Supreme Court of Nigeria affirms his position.

Meanwhile, we all know Christianity is one of the major and most popular religion on earth but not everyone is actually a Christian as we write, most people have asked why is this so? If Christianity is really a true religion why isn’t everyone on earth accepting it.

Pastor Biodun shared the reason, why everyone can not be a Christian or be called Christian, pastor said the main reason is that, those who are not Christian are blind and their ears have been blocked to hear the truth.

While preaching this, he used the bible verse to use as example, he used Mark 4:11–12 to illustrate his statement. It was written in Mark 4:11–12;

“And he said to them, “To you it has been given to know the Mystery of the kingdom of God, but to those who are outside, all things come in parables,

So that: seeing they may see and not perceive. And hearing they may not hear and not understand; lest they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them.

After reading the verse in the bible, then he continued, “if everyone could understand Christianity, then everyone would be a Christian. This is his statement, “if everybody could see that the principals of Christianity work,then everybody would have become a Christian. But they cannot understand because they have been blinded.

Popular Nigerian Singer Brown Announced Dead

A popular Nigerian singer ikesima Brown and six others proclaimed dead.

A music legend, Chief Barrister Smooth, has lost his members, including one of his important lead singer known as Ikesima Brown, to an auto accident.

According to reports, the band members took a train from warri, Delta state to Itakpe, in kogi state, before boarding a vehicle that will take them to Abuja.

But sadly, Brown, who is known as the Niger Delta Queen of Highlife music died alongside six others when the vehicle they boarded crashed in kogi state.

Others who lost their lives are, Chief Joseph Ekeremieye, Ebis Awiki, sololo, and others.

The Bayelsa State Governor, Douye diri, gave out a statement through his Chief press secretary, Daniel Alabrah, on Monday, he expressed his deep sadness over the twin accidents that claimed the lives of the 10 people of ijaw youths.

Diri described the sad incident as a black Sunday with the deceased families and barrister Smooth, in addition that the death of the young youths actively impacting lives through their musical talent is a great loss to the state.

He said, “In one of the crashes along the kogi-Abuja road, six band members of a popular Ijaw musician, Barrister Smooth, died while the other accident along the Kwale-Asaba highway in Delta state claimed four supporters of the Bayelsa Queens Football Club

“On behalf of the government and people of Bayelsa State, I extend our deepest sympathies to the families of the deceased.

“I also commiserate with the leader of the band, Barrister Smooth.

“These are very unfortunate and sad incidents that claimed the lives of our active youths.

“it is a great loss to our State and the Ijaw nation as young talents and bread winners following their passion had suddenly departed.

“I pray that the Lord consoles the families of the painful loss that they have suffered.

“I also pray for quick healings and recovery for those that were injured.
