- Then click on the Menu tab at the top left corner of the homepage
- Scroll down and click on “POS” under CHANNELS
- You’ll then have to click on the “eye” icon located at the left side of the page
- After that, information will showcase. Just click on “Print POS transfer account details”

How to Receive Transfer Payments with Moniepoint POS
If your customer does not have an ATM card, you can still accept transfer payments from them. Before this will work effectively, you need to make sure that your POS machine is upgraded and up to date.
To update your POS machine, all you have to do is click on “AppMarket” > then scroll down to the homepage and click on “Update” > then confirm the update option. After that, your POS machine will not be updated, and you can now start receiving transfer payments and all other exciting features.
To receive transfer payments, all you have to do is share your POS machine account number with the customer for him or her to make the transfer. Once the transfer is done, you’ll see the customer’s transaction details.
How to View Account Statement Details
Click on “More” via the homepage of your POS machine

Select “Business Account”
Then enter your 4-digit business PIN
After that, click on “Account Statement”
Then click on “Show Details” to view your transaction information.
How to Change your POS Terminal PIN
- You’ll have to first log in to your business account either via the app or web browser
- Then click on the Menu tab at the top left corner of the homepage
- Scroll down and click on “POS”
- Click on “View More”
- Then click on “Change Terminal PIN”
- An OTP will immediately be sent to your registered phone number
- Enter the OTP and click “Next”
- The next step is to enter your Moniepoint Business PIN, and then your 5-digit Terminal PIN
- Click on “Proceed” to update your PIN
- Once you’re done with that, you can then restart your POS machine.
